We are seeking proposals for our 2026 Mentoring Program!
Women in Measurement (WIM) is inviting you to submit a session proposal for our 2026 Mentorship Program!
As a session facilitator, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead an impactful session (e.g., Panel, Fireside Chat, or Workshop) featuring diverse perspectives and/or topics;
- Empower women in the field of measurement; and
- Create connections that help women thrive in their professional journeys.
We offer three session formats:
- Panelist Sessions: These structured discussions delve deep into pertinent topics, aiming to provide diverse perspectives and strategies for addressing industry challenges. Panelist sessions feature a facilitator and typically 3 panelists. We strive to create an interactive environment where participants are encouraged to share their experiences and seek advice from both panelists and peers.
- Fireside Chats: These informal conversations feature a facilitator and a single guest speaker. The sessions are conducted in an interview style and aim to celebrate the achievements of our invited speaker while extracting valuable insights from their experiences.
- Workshops: Conducted by subject matter experts or groups of experts, workshops are designed to enhance specific skill sets within our community. They serve as focused professional development and training sessions to broaden attendees’ abilities. We aim for these sessions to be interactive, encouraging the participants to engage in live activities that will enhance their learning experience.
