We are seeking our next Executive Director

 

Women in Measurement is seeking its next Executive Director to begin January 2026. If you’re seeking to join and lead a strong team that works collaboratively to advance our mission, we’d love to hear from you!

The Executive Director is appointed to a 4-year, renewable term. The anticipated time commitment is 15% FTE and we are thrilled to announce the position will now come with a stipend of $30,000 per year.

The Executive Director is responsible for the long-term viability of Women in Measurement as a sustainable and impactful organization in the field. The Executive Director leads Women in Measurement’s operations and programs, and position responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating a strong Women in Measurement community and serving as the lead representative of our organization.
  • Leading fundraising efforts and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.Building and managing a collaborative and versatile team of volunteers and contractors.
  • Overseeing the planning and executing of high-quality programming and communications.
  • Collaborating with the Board of Directors, partners, and executive team to advance the mission of Women in Measurement

We invite our community to join our new Women in Measurement Circle of Advocates. Becoming an Advocate is one of the strongest ways you can help our nonprofit. Our Advocates are monthly donors who support our mission and play an integral role in helping our organization sustain and expand its impact.

Monthly giving allows Women in Measurement to sustain and grow its impact. Women in Measurement Advocates donate at least $20/month to our organization, which is led by a team of committed volunteers. The sustaining donations from our Advocates enable us to continue making progress toward our vision and expanding our impact.
